Quesion: Do you recommend any particular steganalysis detection software.

I have been working on a collection of mixed media photographic images which were used in a rebus puzzle, which used the visual content of the pictures as the characters in the message.

Oops! We haven't exactly done an eval of tools - so not sure which will detect that.

We'd love to hear your results Dan, if they can be made public.

Thanks!

Hi thr...The information provided above is really fascinating but as i see few more information must be given regarding how various tools can be used reladed to aforementioned topic. Moreover the article should be more descriptive dealing more about the methods mentioned as much of the information can easily be found on any other site.So for being a sought after link and to be really helpful for the curious students, more information must be put on..Thank you.

You missed another area of steganography, where steganalysis hasn't even started looking. That is the manipulation of the compression engine that is the basis of a lot of file formats.

My manipulation of the way that compression works, it is possible to steganograpically embed data into any file that used the Zlib compression engine.

For students practicing Steganalysis on images, I have written a free tool and some tutorials. I have it at http://www.stegasaurus.net/software/isiah.html

Check out the Steganography Analysis and Research Center. Good information on steganography and steganalysis tools. http://www.sarc-wv.com.

Good!
Can you suggest me any good idea about steganalysis in compressed video bit stream?
Thanks!
